Fees: There are two options to pay term fees:
Option 1: Pay in full before week 2 of each term and receive a 5% early bird discount
Option 2: Set up a weekly AP in week 1 of each term to have the fees paid off in full before the end of each term.
Term Fees are based on an 8-week term (minimum), but in some instances terms may be up to 11 weeks long. The term fee is always the same regardless of the length of the term.
No refunds are given for any missed classes due to student absence i.e. family holidays. In the case of long-term sickness/injury a doctors certificate will be required to request a refund. Any refund requests need to be sent directly to admin@levinthemovement.co.nz
Term fees will be invoiced at the end of each term for the following term
Enrolments: Enrolments will automatically roll over each term for the calendar year. If your child no longer wishes to attend dancing, you must give 2 weeks written notice before the start of term otherwise you account will be charged in full.
Waiting list: All classes have a maximum capacity. Enrolment into a class will come on a first come, first served basis. If the maximum number of students is reached for a class, then a waiting list will occur for new enrolments.
Class viewing: Classes are open for viewing the last week of each term. A reminder will be sent out by email.
Absences: Please notify us of any absences prior to the class on info@levinthemovement.co.nz or 027 775 4777
Uniform: Uniform is compulsory and the correct uniform must be worn for each appropriate genre. Hair must be tied neatly off your face for all classes. Buns are required from grade 3 ballet upwards.
Photography and social media: Levin The Movement may take photos of classes or students in action to publish across the website and social media. Please indicate to us if you wish your dancer to be exempt from any photography.
Competition teams/solos: Placement in our competitive teams is by audition only and solos are by invitation only. Soloists must be a part of our competitive teams. Levin The Movement cannot train dancers in styles/genres that they will compete with in dance competitions under another dance studio or teacher. Dancers may represent their primary, intermediate or secondary schools in school competitions such as Dance NZ Made and Showquest.
